Approved Tools Policy
Wildfire Labs utilizes a suite of approved software tools for internal use by workforce members. These software tools are either self-hosted, with security managed by Wildfire Labs, or they are hosted by a Subcontractor with appropriate business associate agreements in place (where applicable) to preserve data integrity. Use of other tools requires approval from Wildfire Labs leadership.

Bitbucket: Secure code storage, version control, and collaboration.
Mailtrap: Email testing.
Mailgun: Email delivery
Insightly: CRM.
Zendesk: Customer support
Arachni: web application security scanning

Google Apps: Google Apps is used for email and document collaboration.
Google Meet: Video & call conferencing.
