Approved Tools Policy

Wildfire Labs utilizes a suite of approved software tools for internal use by workforce members. These software tools are either self-hosted, with security managed by Wildfire Labs, or they are hosted by a Subcontractor with appropriate business associate agreements in place (where applicable) to preserve data integrity. Use of other tools requires approval from Wildfire Labs leadership.

List of Approved Tools (No-PHI Storage Allowed)

  • Bitbucket: Secure code storage, version control, and collaboration.

  • Mailtrap: Email testing.

  • Mailgun: Email delivery

  • Insightly: CRM.

  • Zendesk: Customer support

  • Arachni: web application security scanning

List of Approved Tools (PHI Storage Allowed)

  • Google Apps: Google Apps is used for email and document collaboration.

  • Google Meet: Video & call conferencing.
